Refund policy

RETURNS:

  • Eligibility: Our policy lasts 14 days from the date of delivery. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
  • Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds
We only refund items if they are defective or damaged. If you would like to request a refund, please contact us through the contact page or bawthreads.com

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. If rejected, we will contact you and proceed with a solution that works for both of us from there. 

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank as processing time may take several days. If you do not see that on your end, please contact us through the contact page or email and we would be happy to help.

Exchanges
Exchanges can be made if the product is unused and has all of it's original packaging within 2 weeks from the original purchase.
